​Step 1 - Board layout

Get a piece of birch 1" thick off the lumber rack (4 shelf up from the bottom is birch.  Layout the pieces you require on your board.  Please do not waste wood with large spaces between cuts.  You only need to leave 1/8" between rough cut pieces.​
