How to setup to watch a Youtube video on the projector

Move the laptop to the document camera trolley that is at the front of the classroom. (If the laptop is running low on power, plug it into the power outlet on the trolley.)

Plug the HDMI cord into the back of the laptop. (the HDMI cord might be siting on the trolley or be plugged in to the the document camera.)

Turn on the projector.

Turn on the power to the black sound box that is mounted to the wall beside the HDMI wall input.

You might have to turn up the volume on the laptop. After that use the volume control on the black sound box.
